What Are My Packet Pick-Up Options?

• March 28, 2026 | 3pm-7pm | Packet Pick-Up Party at Thrive City Plaza.
• March 29, 7:30am-9am | VIP / Concierge  Packet Pick-Up at Thrive City Plaza.

Please note: You must pick up your packet before race day unless you purchased our Race Day Concierge service ($20fee) or registered for the VIP Experience

To add concierge pick-up to your registration, simply:

1. Sign in to your RunSignUp account

2. Click “Manage Registration”

3. Select the “Add-On” option for $20

In both cases, the exact packet pick-up location address is:

Thrive City, Chase Center

1725 3rd St, San Francisco

Additionally, family & friends can pick-up your packet for you if they have a photo/copy of your ID and your registration confirmation.
