What Are My Packet Pick-Up Options?

You can join us on April 5, 2025 for our Packet Pick-Up Party between 4-7pm in Thrive City West Plaza, or you can select concierge pick-up in your RunSignUp account to add-on the service to your registration. Then, on race morning, you can pick up your bib and shirt at our concierge table near the Start/Finish line in Thrive City East Plaza.

To add concierge pick-up to your registration, simply:

1. Sign in to your RunSignUp account

2. Click “Manage Registration”

3. Select the “Add-On” option for $20

Please note: Race shirts must be picked up in person at either our packet pick-up at Thrive City on April 5 from 4pm-7pm OR if you pre-booked concierge pick-up on race day beginning at 7:30am.

Additionally, family & friends can pick-up your packet for you if they have a photo/copy of your ID and your registration confirmation.
