What Are My Packet Pick-Up Options?

• March 28, 2026 | 3pm-7pm | Packet Pick-Up Party at Thrive City Plaza.
• March 29, 7:30am-9am | VIP / Concierge  Packet Pick-Up at Thrive City Plaza.

Please note: You must pick up your packet before race day unless you purchased our Race Day Concierge service ($20 fee) or registered for the VIP Experience

To add concierge pick-up to your registration, simply:

1. Sign in to your RunSignUp account
2. Click on the circle where your profile picture should be in the top right corner, and click either "Profile" or "My Registrations."
3. On the next page click the "Manage Registration" hyperlink.
4. Select the "Race Day Packet Concierge" add-on option for $20

In both cases, the exact packet pick-up location address is:

Thrive City, Chase Center

1725 3rd St, San Francisco

Additionally, family & friends can pick-up your packet for you if they have a photo/copy of your ID and your registration confirmation.
